Literate Translations, Editing, and Proofreading Services Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of Literate translations, editing, and proofreading services (“Services”) offered by Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services (“Company”) to its clients (“Clients”). By engaging the Company’s Services, Clients agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description:

The Services may include, but are not limited to, translation of written content from one language to another, editing of existing content for clarity, coherence, and accuracy, and proofreading for grammatical and typographical errors.

2. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information required to perform the Services accurately and efficiently. Clients must ensure that the content they submit for translation, editing, or proofreading is their own original work or that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and modify such content.

3. Service Fees and Payment:

Clients agree to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the Services provided. The fees will be communicated to the Clients in writing and are subject to change upon mutual agreement. Payment terms and methods will also be agreed upon between the Company and the Client. The Company reserves the right to withhold or suspend Services until payment has been received.

4. Quotation:

Once a quote is approved by email, Literate Translations, Editing, and Proofreading Services will generate an invoice and send it to the client via email. The client is expected to make the payment according to the payment instructions provided in the invoice. The Company will commence the job upon receiving confirmation of payment.

After the completion of the job, the Company will notify the respective client via email, informing them about the job’s completion. The final deliverables will also be sent to the client through email or any other agreed-upon method of delivery.

It’s important for clients to carefully review the quote, approve it, make the payment as per the invoice, and promptly provide any necessary information or materials to ensure the smooth progress of the job.

5. Delivery and Turnaround Time:

The Company will provide an estimated turnaround time for the completion of the Services. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed deadlines, it does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Unforeseen circumstances or the complexity of the work may affect the turnaround time. The Company will communicate any delays to the Clients promptly.

6. Quality Assurance:

The Company strives to provide high-quality Services. However, it does not guarantee perfection, as the quality of the content provided by the Clients may impact the final result. Clients may request revisions or provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe after the completion of the Services. The Company will consider such requests and may make revisions at its discretion.

7. Confidentiality:

The Company respects the confidentiality of Clients’ information. It agrees not to disclose or share any confidential or proprietary information provided by Clients, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the Clients.

8. Intellectual Property:

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively referred to as “Trademarks”) associated with Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services, including the Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services logo, are registered and unregistered marks owned by Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services. Any other trademarks, trade names, product names, service marks, and all other non-Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services marks belong to their respective owners. The presence of these Trademarks on the Site does not imply, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, the granting of any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the prior written permission of Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services or the respective third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability:

It is understood and afformed that Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services liability for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the provision of Services shall be limited to the fees paid by the Clients for the specific Services. Literate Translations, Editing and Proofreading Services, its associates, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Communication:

All official communications regarding the services provided by the Company should be made through the designated email address: info@translationuae.com. It is the preferred and recognized method of communication for the Company.

Please note that oral communication over the phone, WhatsApp, or any other platforms will not be considered official or binding. The Company will provide all necessary information, assistance, and responses to inquiries exclusively through email communication from the email address info@translationuae.com.

To ensure effective and accurate communication, it is advisable for clients to use the designated email address for all correspondence related to the services provided by the Company.

By engaging the Services of the Company, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
